Robbie Brown (a.k.a.) The Black Kotana is a fictional comic book supervillain and an antagonist to Frankenstein. He was a great basket ball player and was into acrobatics. He was at a Japenese Testing Site and was using the computer. However, a power surge shocks him, enhancing his skills tenfold.

Season 1[]
The Black Kotana debuts in Season 1, Episode 11, "The Black Kotana, Part One." He is lurking through the night, leeming through the skies and is unseen by anybody. When a bunch of ninja tools are robbed at Al's Weaponry Store, Frankenstein and co. goes out on an investigation with the Commissioner wanting to solve it first. However, the mysterious thief is too fast and invisible to be seen by anybody. When Frankenstein spots him, he tackles him and they fall through a building. When Frankenstein gets up, he gets kicks and then gets slashed by his sword. Frankenstein then turns the light on to reveal, a ninja!
Next in Season 1, Episode 12, "The Black Kotana, Part Two," The Black Kotana reveals why he stole what he stole and told Frrankenstein to stay out of his way as he wanted revenge. When throwing K.O. Gas, Frankenstein faints and the Black Kotana heads to the testing site When he gets there, everyone reconizes him and he throws shurikens and bombs everywhere. When he finds Irwin Eisenhower (the man who caused him near death), Frankenstein busts in and stops his plight. He then fights him but is outmatched by Robbie's acrobatic skills. Just before the building combusts, Frankenstein is kicked but holds onto The Black Kotana and they are both in the furnace room. As the others escapes, Frankenstein tries to find Robbie and gets him and gets out. He then takes him to jail.
Season 2[]
The Black Kotana returns in Season 2, Episode 1, "Team Dynamo, Part 1." He is bailed out of jail by Dr. Magnus Mysterious along with The Bonecrusher, Menace, Clownface, The Ravine & Bulletshed. When finding Frankenstein, the Black Kotana throws shurikens to cut him and smoke pellets. In their second encounter, The Black Kotana kicks Frankenstein to a pole and then throws him to a car. Next in Season 2, Episode 2, "Battle of Team Dynamo," The Black Kotana is mad that they cannot kill Frankenstein. When the police comes in, Frankenstein gets the Black Kotana to hit a pipe and he gets knocked unconscious.
